Cai Jie's Paintings

Cai Jie is a contemporary hyperrealist Chinese painter born in Zhejiang in 1973. A member of the Chinese New Classic Painting Society, the American Portrait Society, and the China Cultural Information Association's Arts and Crafts Professional Committee. Cai Jie began studying oil painting 28 years ago at Jinyun Arts and Crafts School. He continued his education at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and the China Academy of Art after graduating. Sun Jinggang, Chen Yiming, Chang Qing, and Wang Yutian were among his teachers. His figure paintings are one-of-a-kind, and he excels in painting attractive women.

The surreal aspect may be seen in Cai Jie's works. Even though the artist depicts a realistic environment, the mixture of various living items conveys a vague feeling of absurdity. Of fact, all of the things in Cai Jie's paintings are genuine, but they have clearly moved beyond their original roles in reality to become visual symbols. The most significant aspect is that these things be accompanied with a metaphor. A character reference. The delicate pomegranate in the piece "Pomegranate" is particularly appealing in form. The peeled pomegranate grains appear to have been stored in a vacuum, as there are no symptoms of degradation. This amazing moment has been captured in the artist's work. In paintings, whether realistic or abstract creative language is utilized, it is the outcome of rational thought about objective objects. It is the outcome of the author's own sentiments as well as the integration of essential aspects. Object organization is a visual thinking activity with purpose and mirroring. Every form serves an expressive purpose and is not chosen at random.

Cai Jie is a painter who places a high value on logic in this regard. He represents in depth, at least in his painting expertise, such as the translucent bubbles in his paintings that express thoughts and modern prominent elements... Obviously, there is no logic. It is governed by control and serenity, which the artist cannot portray. For him, the painting expression style is near to replacing the original thing, and it is more like the original object than the original object. I can sense the flow and stare of his eyes in his paintings, like a newborn babe staring at everything with interested eyes, such as a tablecloth, a "beautiful" cardboard box, a piece of yellow tape, and so on. His sight is drawn to items all around him, eliciting a wide range of unusual emotions.

Women are frequently depicted by artists. Cai Jie employs his own sensitivity and impartial description to highlight the most delicate moments of women. Even if it is a character's hair or a finger, he employs the most genuine expression. Treat it with compassion. As you approach his paintings, your eyes will automatically gravitate on it. Those genuine eyes appear to allow us to sense the person in the painting's heartbeat. In the tranquil picture space, he conveys distinct personalities, temperaments, and the nuanced inner world of the characters, demonstrating his remarkable attainments in the art of painting. Because of his sensitive and delicate visual sensibility, the feminine images in his works are quiet, even "solemn." Calmness, unlike joy, fury, sorrow, and joy, cannot directly transmit the subject's state of mind; but, the sadness and pleasure made by calmness are more explosive, calm, objective, exact, truthful, and even simple, demonstrating the artist's profound cultural accomplishment and higher level of awareness. Taste in art.

There is an unseen hierarchy between creative styles and schools in the language of painting. We may dig deep into the truth of life and the realm of phenomena with the assistance of this order, and construct our own statements and speeches. However, this arrangement frequently causes us to lose our own language individuality and grow satisfied with the status quo. Contemporary artists must surely struggle to break free from the present linguistic order in order to establish a new context and transcend themselves. The economics and material culture of society have transformed as a result of today's transition. Each artist has a unique set of options. Some people follow the mainstream, while others surrender to reality, while yet others are drawn to the road of creativity. It has an effect on people's psychological states, and they desire innovation and change as a result. Artists also hope that their works will be able to keep up with the quickly changing times. What must be overlooked is that the strength of traditional art continues to play a part in sustaining artists and serving as the foundation for their creations. Traditional art exists in its "old" form throughout the art world. However, certain beneficial aspects of Chinese traditional culture will permeate "new" creative forms. Cai Jie's painting language demonstrates evident self-selection and choice between tradition and current, and gives them a specific meaning, giving the painting language personal energy in the everyday. As a result, whether it's the downplaying of the surroundings, the intentionality of the attire (red wedding gown), or the nuanced representation of the face, his paintings are more than just a demonstration of technique; they're also a spiritual statement of "people" and art. Cai Jie is clearly an artist who is concerned with the living situations of current people. He values life experience and the expression of self-consciousness of living space, and he thinks with his own depth and sensitivity. Every one of his creations is a manifestation of survival. He is contemplating items, survival, and art...
