Born in Alcoy (Alicante) Spain, based in Barcelona. Studies in The School of Arts
and Crafts in Alcoy (Alicante). Nani Serrano explores the expressive
posibilities of airbrushing, a technique for which she has a keen flair. She
makes use of this technique to create a dialogue between artistic disciplines
and languages: photography, historic painting... reflecting on female
representation in art and advertising. Intrigue, eroticism and sophistication
are the ingredients that Nani Serrano uses in her unique paintings of the past
created in her own style.
