Artist Georgi Petrov

Artist Georgi Petrov was born on July 25, 1978 in Dobrich, Bulgaria. Lives and works in Sofia. He studied at the University of Forestry and the Academy of Music and Fine Arts. Received a master's degree.

Today Georgi has his own gallery in the city of Dobrich.

The preferred theme of his works is landscape.

The artist says so about his work:

- For me, painting is a heartbeat, mood, experience, love and inspiration. Creating paintings is a mystery. I feel the picture, its rhythm, color, movement. There are no frames, there is only a feeling that I am trying to transfer to the canvas, trying to go beyond the plane, using a brush, palette knife, creating not only two-dimensional landscape, but also in some places three-dimensional and three-dimensional.
