Paulo Cabral is a contemporary realist Brazilian painter, Paulo Cabral was born in 1976 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Paulo Cabral began to paint in early age in his teenage since he was 14 years old. He studied painting and design at the Panamericana School of Art. Since 1995 Paulo Cabral began to paint in oil. the Renaissance artists and the works of Salvador Dali were Paulo Cabral's biggest inspiration as we can see in his paintings the dualism which is wonderful mix between (realism) and existentialism . Widely known and popular, also close to surrealism, oil, figurative paintings.
In 1995, Paulo Cabral began studying the works of famous artists such as Michelangelo, da Vinci, Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Ingres, and Salvador Dali. Despite being touched by them, he was able to establish his own, unique perspective about realistic painting and build his own style, achieving a greater degree of skills acquisition. This freed him up to work more freely with volumes, textures, hues, light, and shadows as the major topics of his paintings, and especially with the feminine form, which dominates his work.
