Paintings of Artist Colin Staples

Colin Staples is a contemporary Australian artist born in 1959. Art and the realm of "visual images" have always been key motivators for Colin. His paintings are the spot where the beauty and character of each thing he places on the canvas automatically blend, as well as the starting point for the viewer's Sentimental adventure.

Staples, Colin paints using acrylic paints, initially and mostly portraits was the most important aspect of Staples' art. Every thing he paints has personality and an inner beauty that he lavishly pours over the canvas ,People are in motion in his paintings, Argentine tango is an expression of desire in motion, in dancing.

He uses primarily acrylic paints and mixes classic painting with modern drawing methods. For example, he accomplishes colour mixing on canvas by continuous shading. They exude a true sensation of newness, which the artist creates by constant shading and colour mixing, as a consequence of which new ones arise. His paintings are done on a big scale, with the objective of applying colours to the surface of the canvas in order to retain the attributes of the soul of the person he sees in front of him.

The picture of a person was the most important aspect of Staples' art. Every thing he paints has personality and an inner beauty that he lavishly pours over the canvas. Colin's passion for painting began in infancy, and by maturity, he had honed her skills and gained expertise. His art's themes were primarily influenced by his love with Asian martial arts. This is reflected in his paintings on a subliminal level, despite the fact that they include nothing in the way of martial arts. Each of his works contains an internal source of energy and power.

Colin's works include, first and foremost, a portrait and a figure that exude a sense of freshness and expressiveness, and in which the artist expertly controls the brush and colour. Despite the fact that his paintings are generally big, they are romantic and sensuous.
