Eric Bowman is A Contemporaty impressionist American artist, was born in Pasadena and reared in Orange County, California. Eric, a self-taught artist, has been sketching since he can remember. Throughout his primary and high school years, he was always brilliant at sketching. Initially, Eric Bowman worked a variety of art-related jobs, including screen printing and airbrushing on surfboards. All of this contributed to a long and prosperous career as a commercial artist. Fine art captured Eric Bauman's attention only after that. The 1970s and the height of jazz popularity are long gone. This creaky automobile has started and stopped several times since then. But there is jazz, and there are jazz fans and performers who are dedicated to it. There are such artists, and one of them is Eric Bowman.

Eric Bowman began his career in southern California, making oil paintings for companies such as Coppertone, Nike, Hallmark, Kellogg's, Nabisco, Southwest Airlines, and the Kentucky Derby. Eric Bowman has presented his work at the Autry Museum, the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, the Briscoe Museum, the Gilcrease Museum, the Kaiping Art Museum (China), the Art Museum Academy Museum, the Los Angeles Museum of Natural History, and the Salmagundi Club in New York.
