Artist Michael Carson
Contemporary American artist Michael Carson, very fashionable and popular in the past one and a half to two years. Born in 1972 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1996 he graduated from the Institute of Arts and Design of Minneapolis. For some time he worked as a graphic artist, but in 2001 left his job and became a free painter.
Carson certainly has his own face, his interesting and original style, I laid out several of his paintings. Basically, his work is genre scenes from the life of ordinary Americans. Without bright colors, the images seem to be slightly blurry, and the action usually takes place indoors under the light of dim bulbs. The artist also has works with retro scenes. In such cases, he draws close to the great singer of American longing and hopelessness of ordinary American life, Edward Hopper. Apparently, Carson started with his ideas.
