Artist Ramil Gappasov
Artist Ramil Gappasov was born in Krasnoyarsk. Ramil graduated from the School of Arts in Naberezhnye Chelny, and after college entered the Moscow State University of Art and Industry named after S.G. Stroganov (specialty "Design of interiors, exhibitions and advertisements").
Ramil Gappasov has been engaged in the design of private and public interiors for many years and only in 1991 began to participate in exhibitions and work as a professional artist.
Ramil is a member of the Moscow Regional Public Union of Artists and a member of the International Art Fund.
He currently lives and works in Moscow.
The artist's works are well recognizable - there is no artificial "technical torture" in them. Everything is written very simply, lightly, fresh and even tender. Alas, critics often condemn the artist precisely for this simplicity, some "stamping". But I do not want to agree with the "stamping" at all. Ramil Gappasov created his own style, his own handwriting. His work is recognizable. Least. What is the maximum? It seems to me that the main criterion here is whether you like it or not. And not at all abstruse lengthy articles of critics. I definitely like it.
