 Artist Ion Carchelan was born in 1966 in Moldova. Educated at a school in Chisinau, Ion Carchelan creates his masterpieces using watercolor technique. This is the so-called: watercolor on wet, wet watercolor. This is a very complex technique that only emphasizes the professionalism of the one who owns it. First participated in a group exhibition in 1997. This was followed by exhibitions not only in Moldova, but also abroad. The artist has often exhibited in various cities in the United States. His works have been presented in France, Italy, Austria, China. The artist's paintings are imbued with the spirit of his native land, they are calm, a little sad and poetic
