Francisco Sanchis Cortes is a contemporary spanish painter was born in Valencia in 1969. He enrolled in university after graduating from secondary school, but dropped out after a few years. He began his artistic career in the advertising industry when he was 18 years old. In 1995, he had his first exhibition of watercolour paintings in Montpellier. In October 1996, Francisco's next solo show took place at the Segrelles Gallery in Valencia. Later on, the artist learned to acquire the oil painting style. Francisco's paintings are now in private collections in Spain, France, England, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States.

Francisco Sanchis Cortes nació en Valencia en 1969. Se matriculó en la universidad después de graduarse de la escuela secundaria, pero la abandonó a los pocos años. Inició su carrera artística en la industria publicitaria cuando tenía 18 años. En 1995, realizó su primera exposición de acuarelas en Montpellier. En octubre de 1996 tuvo lugar la próxima exposición individual de Francisco en la Galería Segrelles de Valencia. Posteriormente, el artista aprendió a adquirir el estilo de la pintura al óleo. Las pinturas de Francisco se encuentran ahora en colecciones privadas en España, Francia, Inglaterra, Alemania, Países Bajos y Estados Unidos.
