Artist An He, also known as Hans Amis, is a contemporary Chinese Figurative Painter born in 1957 in Guangzhou (China). An He was invited to join the All China Artists Association, a top national organisation for professional artists exclusively, while studying at the Guangzhou Institute of Fine Arts; he was just 24 when he was cast, making him the youngest member of all time. Since then, his paintings have been exhibited in several Chinese cities, garnering national art prizes for quality; three of his pieces have been acquired by the Chinese government for permanent collections on display at the National Museum of Fine Arts in Beijing.
