Artist Ardith Starostka's Paintings

Born in 1962, Ardith Starostka is a renowned American realism painter who took first place in the 2011 Portrait Society of America international competition. member of the American Society of Traditional Artists, the International Guild of Realism, and the Women Artists of America.

At twelve years old, she began to draw. When Ardith was younger, her intense passion to paint portraits took the world by surprise. After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska School of Business, she went back to school, but this time in the fine arts, attending seminars led by eminent modern painters Nelson Shanks, Daniel Green, and Richard Whitney.
