Gustavo Pujalte is a spanish contemporary Painter, was born in 1944 , in Aspe, Spain , He moved to Argentina with his family when he was 6 years old. He showed an early ability for sketching and painting, which he acquired from his father, an exceptional musician and artist who taught him his first lessons. At the age of fifteen, He began his career painting portraits of prominent members of Argentina's society. He had his first art show when he was seventeen years old. He travelled to Buenos Aires to study painting under the renowned Catalan master Vicente Puig in order to expand his knowledge and develop his skills. Pujalta began designing billboards for major advertising companies like as Coca-Cola, Philip Morris, and Camel, Buenos Aires' largest cinema, while he was just eighteen years old. He has lived in Madrid, Spain, since 1975, returning to Argentina only twice.
Gustavo Pujalte is a sensitive and poetic artist with a focus on timeless themes. His craftsmanship and rich colors allow Gustavo to create a sense of fluidity in his paintings that blends harmoniously with their expressiveness.
