Since 1979 Ginette has been a professor of painting.

She works with a variety of media, but still prefers coal and oil.

The artist in her work relies on classical painting, adding a modern vision to it. The result is female portraits with a touch of surrealism.

What I liked the most about Ginette's work is that the women in her portraits are alive!

Their eyes shine and emotions are visible. And some portraits are even difficult to distinguish from photographs.

They say that for an artist this is not a compliment, but for me it is cause for admiration.

Self-taught artist, Grimshaw was captivated by the works of Pre-Raphaelite artists and, imitating them, began to carefully write out every detail in his paintings, carefully choosing color and lighting.

For about 3 months, the artist returned mobility to his hands in order to start working again. It was a turning point in Joe's life, not only in his physical ability, but also in his attitude and approach to painting.

In 1992, Joe was elected to the Society of Illustrators in 1952 and to the Illustrators Hall of Fame. In 1967, the Artists Guild of New York named Bowler Artist of the Year.
