Louis-Marie-de-Schryver's-Paintings
Artist Louis Marie de Schryver was born in Paris in October 1862, the son of a well-known and renowned journalist. He had a passion for painting from boyhood, and his works "Daisies and Chrysanthemums," "Violets and Spring Flowers," and "Violets and Spring Flowers" were presented at the Paris Salon in 1876, when he was just 13 years old. The young artist Louis Marie de Schryver was welcomed to his world-famous drawing school by the renowned Philip Rousseau. And it was remarkable - the children at the school were nearly twice the age of Louis Marie de Schryver.
But Louis Marie de Schryver was not a long-term student at the famed master's school; in 1879, at the age of 17, the young artist displayed his works at the Paris Salon and was given a bronze medal for one of his pieces.
